GreenWorks prepared concept and construction drawings for this 58,000 square foot mixed use building, located in the Boise neighborhood of north Portland.  Concepts included a storm water art feature, rain water capture, storm water planters, native, and low water use plantings.  This four story building features ground floor retail, with two levels of studios, flats, and town homes, with the top floor providing penthouse lofts.
