GreenWorks is preparing a comprehensive Master Plan and vision for 20 parks and open spaces along the Willamette River within the city limits of Portland. We are conducting an extensive inventory of existing and potential parks, developing a suitability map, preparing a recreation needs analysis for the district, and developing a river wide Master Plan for parks. This will be accomplished within an extensive public involvement strategy that will allow citizens to shape the future of riverside parks in Portland.
