Role at GreenWorks:

Jason is a licensed landscape architect with over 12 years of diverse landscape architecture experience. His focus on sustainable and environmental design aspects of landscape architecture includes a number of ecoroofs, rooftop gardens, innovative stormwater management projects, and watershed-based planning. He has written and presented specifically on LEED for landscape architecture, healing gardens, innovative stormwater management techniques, ecoroof design and development, and the aesthetics of ecological landscapes.

Why I work here:

I took the philosophy of, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Seriously, I looked around the entire West Coast for the most innovative firm practicing sustainable landscape architecture, and it turns out they were literally in my own backyard, so i didn't even have to move!

The combination of a solid philosophy, business acumen, and the ability to create meaningful designs... why wouldn't you work here? Plus working for small firms for 10 years, Greenworks is huge by comparison (in talent and wisdom), so i relish the ability to learn much from this amazingly talented group.
