Alex is a landscape designer with experience in recreational, transportation and urban design. She has worked on projects including a riverfront greenway, golf course, an eco-lodge in China, and an interstate roadway project. Her studies abroad included urban design development, historic mapping, piazza analysis and design, sketching, details, villa studies, urban cultural design work. She has creative talent and excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.

I am intrigued by a design process that promotes sustainable and adaptive spaces. At GreenWorks I can focus on applying these progressive ideals within the profession of Landscape Architecture. It is an exciting prospect to work with a blend of people who tackle concerns and challenges that encourage environmental consideration. I am learning to be a conscientious placemaker who illuminates the land through practical, yet ambitious designs. Working at GreenWorks allows me to be, creative, and inspired; this is not just a job; it’s a place of learning.
