Maia is a recent graduate of Penn State University, and a general tech-saavy brainiac... her role at GreenWorks is diverse, encompassing a variety of project tasks, aiding in marketing, preparing graphics, and general office work, keeping us all in line and working smoothly.  She has also taken on responsibilities in helping to organize our vast image library, as well as increasing her knowledge and skills of landscape architecture, construction documents, and design. Project experience includes work on various park master plans, a green roof terrace, and an urban plaza.

Leaving school I was afraid I would be pushed into the cutthroat world of “business as usual”, where my love for the creative process and “green” design would be compromised. But joining Greenworks, I realized that it is possible to work with a group of people that are passionate about, and believe in the work they do. I work here because I am encouraged to deal with issues of sustainability not only in my professional life, but also in my personal life – which makes the experience of being here much more meaningful than “work”.
